For students entering 5K in the Fall!

Jumpstart to Kindergarten
Explore! Create! Learn! All are encouraged to join the ½ day Jump Start to Kindergarten course. This class, which consists of all three sessions, is a great way to get soon-to-be Kindergartners ready for school. The program introduces school routines and rules in a supportive school atmosphere. We explore different subjects such as math, science, reading and writing. Topics for science include Under the Sea, Creepy Crawly Bugs, and Dynamite Dinos. For reading, we will get to learn about many popular children’s authors and their stories. And, of course, there will be snack time! Together we will create wonderful projects to show what we have learned. This class is jam-packed with great fun, friends, and a foundation of learning.
*Please send your child to school each day with a backpack, water bottle, and a peanut-free snack.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
CLASS BEGINS AT 8:00AM
CLASS ENDS AT 12NOON
Cost - $30 (If you reside in Lake Country, North Lake, Richmond, or Stone Bank Districts). If you reside outside one of these districts, non-district fees do apply unless open enrolled at one of the district schools for at least one year. Non-district fee is $225 ($75/period x 3 periods).
